What does it mean to work as a Store Salesperson at Würth?

The vacant position as a store salesperson primarily involves customer engagement via phone. You will work alongside our store manager and be stationed in the store, where you will support daily store operations as needed. Our opening hours are weekdays from 06:30 to 17:00.

The job requires a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, where you provide excellent service and knowledge to identify and meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales in-store and via phone, focusing on engaging existing customers via phone
  • Actively working with sales and follow-up to create long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting sales visits to businesses in the local area and in-store
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop methods that yield more satisfied customers
  • Actively working with the field organization to develop and strengthen cooperation between sales channels in the region
  • Some inventory administration such as stocktaking, orders, goods receipt, and unpacking
  • Contributing to the implementation of campaigns and store events

We want you to

  • Have experience in customer engagement and sales via phone
  • Love providing world-class service and building long-term customer relationships
  • Have relevant industry or product knowledge – retail experience is a plus
  • Be comfortable with various systems and enjoy working with multiple systems simultaneously
  • Be proactive, organized, and thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility
  • Be goal-oriented and results-driven with a natural business sense
  • Have previous experience in a sales role

It is also advantageous if you have an interest or experience in our industry and products.
